As a distribution partner, you can join hands with empower to deliver employee benefit solutions to your clients. Distribution partners will include employee benefits consultants, brokers and other financial institutions.
These partnerships could take different forms, for example:

Introducer

Acts as the client relationship manager and introduces clients to empower.

Provides a full end-to-end solution to the client.

Brokering, group
insurance placement

Insurance and employee
benefits brokers

Brokering of the group flexible insurance policies; sourcing of specific insurance products for the flex scheme; acts as the client relationship manager and introduces clients to empower.

Provides end-to end solutions to clients but can unbundle elements to be provided by the adviser (e.g. group insurance brokering). If required, empower will jointly work with the broker and the insurer to develop the group flex products.

Benefit / HR Consulting

Consultants

Benefit solutions consulting services (e.g. feasibility study, scheme design, communications etc); acts as the client relationship manager and introduces clients to empower.

Works closely with the consultant to ensure that all elements of the scheme are delivered seamlessly. empower delivers the components of the end-to-end solution not provided by the consultant.

Strategic business alliance

Potentially all
kinds of partner

Strategic alliances will by their nature be bespoke arrangements and defined on a case by case basis. The key principle is that they will allow the partner to control and brand more of what gets delivered.
